are generally non refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or shared.

Please review product details carefully before making a purchase.

2. Advertising and Promotional Services

Payments made for:

• Sponsored articles
• Promotional campaigns
• Brand collaborations
• Featured placements
• Advertisements
• Media promotions
• Social media promotions

are non refundable once the campaign, content production, scheduling, publication, or promotional process has started.

If a campaign has not yet begun, refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion.

3. Subscription Services

If The Preneur offers memberships, subscriptions, newsletters, or recurring paid services in the future:

• Users may cancel future renewals at any time
• Previously completed billing periods are non refundable unless required by law
• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle

4. Service Based Projects

For custom services including:

• Consulting
• Media features
• Content creation
• Branding work
• Interviews
• Marketing collaborations
• Strategic services

refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.

If work has already started, partial refunds may be denied based on time, resources, and effort already invested.

 

5. Failed Transactions

If your payment is successfully deducted but you do not receive the purchased service or product within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us for support and resolution.

Verified technical or billing errors may qualify for refunds.

 

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
