Dr. Chaandraprabha R., an MBBS doctor, ophthalmologist, phaco refractive surgeon and retina specialist, has spent years helping people improve their physical health and vision. Her professional journey took a new direction in November 2025, when she made a conscious decision to dedicate a significant part of her work to emotional well being and personal transformation. Through Change Your Life Holistic Healing, she now brings together her medical background, life coaching, positive thinking and manifestation practices to help people understand themselves better.

Over the years, she began noticing that people often carried emotional pain alongside their physical problems. Entrepreneurs, doctors, professionals, parents and children could all experience fear, self doubt, loneliness, relationship difficulties and emotional exhaustion, regardless of how successful their lives appeared from the outside. This led her to ask an important question: if she could help people heal physically, why not also help them understand the emotional patterns affecting their lives?

Change Your Life Holistic Healing was born from this understanding. Dr. Chaandraprabha saw that people did not always need more information. They needed practical ways to understand their thoughts, beliefs and recurring emotional experiences. Her work focuses on questions that go beyond visible problems, including the beliefs behind certain reactions, the emotional experiences that shape behaviour and the stories people repeatedly tell themselves.

Through coaching, meditation, self talk, belief work and manifestation oriented exercises, she encourages people to move from feeling that life is happening to them towards understanding what they can consciously change.

Her approach brings together several practices that work alongside one another. Awareness helps people understand their experiences, while constructive self talk encourages healthier internal dialogue. Belief work, emotional practices, meditation and breathwork can help people become more conscious of their responses.

Visualization and manifestation exercises help clarify personal goals, but she believes that intention must be followed by practical action. Simply wishing for a better life cannot replace learning, making decisions and taking opportunities.

The challenges people bring to her include low confidence, repeated unhealthy relationships, betrayal, separation, divorce related distress, anger, loneliness and feelings of hopelessness. She has observed that different circumstances can sometimes share similar underlying beliefs, such as feeling unworthy, fearing rejection or believing that trust is impossible. Her work aims to help people understand these patterns and practise healthier responses. She also maintains that coaching cannot replace professional mental health care or emergency assistance when someone experiences severe emotional distress or suicidal thoughts.

Dr. Chaandraprabha has also authored The Power of Positive Thinking and Self Talk, a book that examines how internal dialogue can influence confidence, decisions and behaviour. She encourages readers to replace harsh statements such as “I always fail” with questions about what they can learn and do differently. For her, positive thinking is not about pretending difficulties do not exist. It is about developing a more constructive and realistic voice within oneself.

Her book The Science and Spirituality of Manifestation addresses another area of her work. She does not describe manifestation as passive wishing, but connects it with clear intentions, belief work, emotional awareness and action. Gratitude, prayer and meditation can also carry personal meaning, while practical efforts remain necessary to pursue financial, professional and personal goals.

Her interest in emotional well being also extends to children. Through The Emotionally Secure Child, she encourages parents and caregivers to understand how their communication and behaviour influence a child's developing sense of self. Children need to feel heard, respected and safe. Parents need not be perfect, she believes, but being emotionally available and willing to repair mistakes can help children develop greater emotional security.

Dr. Chaandraprabha has shared her message through national media outlets including Zee News, News 24 and E24. These appearances have given her opportunities to speak about mindset, emotional well being and personal growth to wider audiences. She has also observed how stress in one area of life can affect another, whether relationship difficulties influence work or financial pressure affects emotional health.

For daily mindfulness, she recommends meditation for 15 to 30 minutes, conscious breathing, gratitude journaling, time in nature, regular physical activity and reduced digital stimulation. She also suggests Brahma Muhurta, traditionally regarded as a quiet period before sunrise, for meditation and prayer.

As founder of Change Your Life Holistic Healing, her long term goal is to reach at least 10 million people by 2030 through books, digital programs, coaching, workshops, media and community based activities. Her message to people who feel stuck is simple: a difficult situation does not define an entire life. One healthier thought, one boundary, one conversation or one decision can begin a different chapter.
