Gautam Reddy Builds Wayvora Into a Luxury Travel and Private Aviation Brand

Gautam Reddy, founder of Wayvora Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., brings an entrepreneurial background across renewable energy, private aviation, luxury hospitality and curated travel. An MBA graduate, he has focused on spotting market shifts early and creating services for people who value time, discretion and memorable stays.
He began in solar and renewable energy before moving into private aviation and luxury travel. A 2020 visit to Goa during the COVID period became a turning point. The region’s hospitality and entrepreneurial energy stayed with him, and he eventually made Goa home. He launched Wayvora there, bringing jets, villas, yachts and villa development under one name.
Wayvora Jets arranges private charters across aircraft categories for clients seeking time and discretion. Wayvora Villas offers curated stays and personalised journeys in India, Bali, Mykonos, Ibiza, Seychelles, Dubai and Sri Lanka, with transfers, private chefs, dining and concierge services. Private yacht experiences can be added to a stay.
Wayvora also develops and sells luxury villas, giving clients an ownership option alongside travel. Its team coordinates jets, villas, yachts and lifestyle services from beginning to end as one offering. Gautam’s model is deliberately not built around chasing numbers. Time, privacy, freedom and the feeling people carry from a stay come first. “Time is luxury. Privacy is luxury. Freedom is luxury.”

India’s private aviation and premium experiential travel sectors remain underserved relative to the growing number of people who value time and privacy. Gautam wants Wayvora to become a trusted name in India, then expand as an international premium travel and lifestyle brand. His leadership rests on persistence, relationships, considered risk taking and continual learning. The aim is a brand known for refined, private and effortless journeys, distinguished by service quality rather than company size.
The company coordinates each part of a trip, from air travel to the villa, yacht and personal services on the ground. The model links luxury stays with private mobility and property ownership, giving clients choices for both a short visit and a longer connection to a destination. For Gautam, each detail should protect a guest’s time and privacy while making the journey feel easy.
